It was a moment of joy as friends, family and well wishers of the Managing Director and Chief Executive of VOADE Multimedia Studio, Mr Fola Adeleye gathered to celebrate his attainment of “diamond age” on the 4th of August 2019.
The birthday celebration which was started with a thanksgiving service at Emmanuel Baptist Church, Igbogbo, Ikorodu, Lagos turned to be a gathering for the celebrant to express his joy.
Mr. Adeleye, the celebrant of the day, could not hide his feelings as he danced skillfully to the admiration of all and sundry who graced the occasion.
In his thanksgiving speech, the former banker, who served Union Banker meritoriously for several years before he left to establish his personal business, expressed his gratitude to God for His love, guidance and unspeakable mercies towards him and that of his family.
He also showered encomiums on his wife, Mrs Funmilayo Adeleye, for her endurance, steadfastness and focus in d course of discharging her motherly duties and supports in the family.
Earlier in his charge to the celebrant, the leader of the church, Deacon Olajide Abolarin, congratulated him on his new age and pray for God’s blessings and his grace to spare his life for more fruitful years.
He further charged him to dedicate his life more to serve God and focused on living a life of exemplary leadership through humanitarian services.
After the church thanksgiving service, a bounty reception party was later held at Adeyeye’s residence of Olugbade Akinkunmi street, Selewu, Igbogbo, Ikorodu, Lagos to entertain the guests.
While interviewing by our correspondents during the event, many attendees described the celebrant as a kindhearted man with selfless character, positive attitude and faithful in his dealings with people
They were however prayed for divine directions and also wish him more fruitful and prosperous years ahead.
