Over the years, the BSTAN GROUP has displayed a distinguished leading roles in the Housing and Estate Management industry in Nigeria, by providing quality and affordable shelters for Nigerians and Africans in general.
The company on Wednesday in Abuja, kicked off a three day summit for the 2019 Annual Summit on Housing Economy and Governmental Policies with a theme : New Economy: Amplifying the Impact and Possibilities of Real Estate Utilizing Technology.

Speaking at the summit, Engr.(Dr.) Becky Damilola-Oke, the President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO), BSTAN Group, said that the company is aimed at bridging the gap between the rich and poor, while providing affordable shelters at a conducive environment to Nigerians, irrespective of the backgrounds or personal incomes.
Oke explained that addressing the housing needs of the poorest and most vulnerable, especially women, youth and those who live in slums, must be a priority of the group.
She emphasized that before BSTAN group can achieve its desire in providing affordable homes for Nigerians, it requires government commitment to effective and inclusive housing policies.
“As we strive to remove slums in our society, we call on government at all times to make right policies that can build the economy and eliminate corruption”

She also enjoined the government to invest maximally on housing sector especially, technology applications to improve efficiency in day to day construction process in Nigeria.
“With technology applications and huge investment in housing sector, Nigeria GDP can be improved and contribute to national socio-economic development like other sectors such as oil and agriculture by creating more employment,” she stressed.

“Government should ensure narrowing inequality and social gap, making genuine reforms in the budget, improving human relations and efficient decision making process” she said.
